RedTube Hacked?

RedTube.com, one of the most trafficked porn sites on the web (Ranked 67th of ALL web sites by Alexa, as of right now) has allegedly been hacked by “Turkish Cyber Terrorists.” At least, take a look at the accompanying screenshot I took at a little before 5 p.m. today, Massachusetts time. ‘Bout all I know about RedTube is that it is pretty new, started in April 2007, and that it obviously wants to be the YouTube of porn — upload whatever you’ve got, watch whatever turns you on. It may even be for sale already. If so, looks like maybe they better beef up their security a little, first …
I can’t find out much about the alleged hackers, who call themselves Netdevils Corporation, except that this doesn’t seem to be the first site they’ve ever brought down.
What am *I* lookin’ at? I knew you’d ask. It’s research for my next book. Honest.
Quick Update, 7 p.m. : Wow, interesting how fast this story is getting around the ‘Net. Anyway, it seems RedTube is owned by Five Star Media, which is owned by JPDS in Vienna, Austria. That doesn’t mean their servers are anywhere near there, of course … and I’m reluctant to speculate or troubleshoot just how bad the damage might be. But I am insanely curious, and sent them a note … will post the response if and when there is one. One thing that’s kind of funny — JPDS is hiring! They need a “System/Server Administrator” who, among other things, has “very good knowledge of network administration and security.”

As long as it is a non-commercial site, they’d probably not be able to (hack hire cost!), but the content and idea, just as it comes- realy unique, thus worth the stretch.
